Job description for Hardware Engineer (Intern) at PT PILARI TECH INDONESIA

Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab:

Hardware Assembly & Soldering: Melakukan perakitan fisik komponen elektronik (SMD mikro dan Through-Hole) pada papan PCB prototipe hasil rancangan tim R&D.
Quality Inspection: Melakukan pengecekan visual (menggunakan lup/mikroskop jika diperlukan) untuk memastikan tidak ada short circuit, cold joint, atau komponen yang terbalik.
Hardware Bring-Up & Testing: Melakukan uji daya awal (power-on test) dan memastikan kontinuitas jalur PCB menggunakan Multitester sebelum modul dinyalakan sepenuhnya.
Rework & Troubleshooting: Melakukan penggantian komponen atau modifikasi jalur (jumpering) jika terdapat revisi desain di atas meja kerja.
BOM Management: Membantu memastikan fisik komponen yang datang sesuai dengan daftar Bill of Materials (BOM) yang dirancang.

Kualifikasi dan Persyaratan:

Pendidikan: Mahasiswa aktif atau fresh graduate S1/D3/D4 Teknik Elektro, Teknik Elektronika, Teknik Mekatronika, atau SMK Elektronika berprestasi.
Keahlian Solder Tingkat Tinggi: Wajib memiliki keahlian menyolder manual yang rapi, cepat, dan presisi, terutama untuk komponen SMD berukuran kecil (0805, 0603, atau IC kaki rapat).
Bisa Membaca Skema: Mampu membaca diagram skema dan layout PCB (dari Altium/KiCad/Eagle) untuk mencocokan posisi komponen saat assembly.
Fokus & Sabar: Memiliki ketelitian visual yang sangat tinggi, tangan yang stabil (steady hand), dan kesabaran dalam merakit perangkat mikro.
Dasar Laboratorium: Terbiasa menggunakan alat ukur seperti Multitester/Avometer dan Variable DC Power Supply.
