Job description for Hair Stylist at PT. Nuda Skin Lab
YOUR ROLE:
• Hair Services: Provide high-quality hair services including cutting, styling, coloring, and specialized hair treatments (K-beauty inspired).
• Consultation: Conduct professional hair and scalp consultations to recommend the best treatments and products for each client’s needs.
• Upselling: Proactively suggest retail hair care products and additional salon services to enhance the client’s look and clinic revenue.
• Hygiene & Standards: Maintain a clean, organized, and sterilized workstation and tools according to premium clinic standards.
• Client Experience: Deliver a warm and luxurious service experience, ensuring clients feel pampered and satisfied with their results.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a hair stylist or dresser, preferably in a high-end salon or clinic.
• Skills: Expert knowledge of hair cutting, coloring techniques, and trending hairstyles. K-style knowledge is a major plus.
• Language: Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia to communicate effectively with local and international guests.
• Personality: Creative, friendly, and outgoing with a strong passion for the beauty and hair industry.
• Appearance: Well-groomed, professional, and stylish, representing the NUDA Skin Lab brand image.
• Mindset: Team player, eager to learn new techniques, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
