As the Gym Manager and Fitness Coach, you will oversee the daily operations of our fitness center while providing expert guidance to our members. Your key responsibilities include designing and implementing effective workout programs, ensuring the safety and maintenance of all gym equipment, and delivering personalized coaching sessions tailored to individual client needs. You will also be responsible for managing staff schedules, maintaining high standards of customer service, fostering a positive gym culture, and collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless and premium experience for every visitor to our facility.
We welcome applications from candidates who hold an SMA or SMK education level and possess between one and three years of relevant experience in the fitness industry. The ideal applicant demonstrates strong proficiency in Customer Service, Fitness instruction, Communication Skills, and maintains a high level of Physical Fitness themselves.
