Job description for Gym Coach Coordinator at Brave Camp Kids
Qualification:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in children's gymnastic, sports coaching, or a related field
- Experience leading, supervising, or mentoring a team of coaches.
- Strong technical coaching skills and experience developing training programs or curricula.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage children's behavior and handle confilcts safely and professionally.
- Willingness to teach a minimum of 12 classes per week.
- Willingness to travel and work across Brave Camp branches.
- Organized, proactive, and committed to maintaining high coaching standards.
