About the Role
We are looking for dedicated educators who are committed to delivering high-quality teaching and mentoring for senior high school students. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about shaping future generations.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Design and implement innovative and engaging teaching curricula aligned with national and/or international standards.
• Deliver effective and interactive classroom instruction using appropriate teaching strategies and learning media.
• Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and adapt instruction to individual learning needs.
• Actively participate in school programs, events, and professional development initiatives.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and stakeholders.
Qualifications and Requirements
• Curriculum Vitae (CV) and Academic Certificate(s).
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in a relevant/linear.
• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience at the senior high school level (preferred).
• Minimum TOEFL score of 450 (for English proficiency).
• Willing to be placed in Purwokerto.
• Physically and mentally healthy.
• Strong commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
• Skilled in designing engaging and student-centered learning experiences.
• Good understanding of adolescent development and effective learning strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in utilizing digital learning technologies.
• For Mandarin Teacher: minimum HSK Level 4 certification.
