About the Role
We are looking for dedicated educators who are committed to delivering high-quality teaching and mentoring for senior high school students. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about shaping future generations.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Design and implement innovative and engaging teaching curricula aligned with national and/or international standards.
- Deliver effective and interactive classroom instruction using appropriate teaching strategies and learning media.
- Demonstrating ability to communicate and deliver lessons fluently in English, including explaining subject content, giving instructions, and interacting effectively with students.
- Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and adapt instruction to individual learning needs.
- Actively participate in school programs, events, and professional development initiatives.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and stakeholders.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Curriculum Vitae (CV) and Academic Certificate(s).
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in a relevant/linear.
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience at the senior high school level (preferred).
- Minimum TOEFL score of 450 (for English proficiency).
- Willing to be placed in Purwokerto.
- Physically and mentally healthy.
- Strong commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Skilled in designing engaging and student-centered learning experiences.
- Good understanding of adolescent development and effective learning strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in utilizing digital learning technologies.
