Job description for Guru Pendamping at Smart Shin House

Pendampingan Akademik: Membantu siswa memahami instruksi, memecah tugas-tugas sekolah agar lebih mudah dipahami, dan mengulang penjelasan guru kelas.
Pengelolaan Perilaku: Membantu siswa mengelola emosi, mengurangi kecemasan, dan mengarahkan perilaku mereka jika mengalami kesulitan fokus atau impulsif di kelas.
Dukungan Sosial: Melatih keterampilan berinteraksi, berbagi, dan berkomunikasi dengan teman sebaya agar siswa bisa beradaptasi secara sosial.
Pelaksanaan Program Khusus: Bekerja sama dengan psikolog atau terapis dalam menjalankan program belajar khusus (Individualized Education Plan atau IEP) yang disesuaikan dengan kemampuan anak.
