Crescent Wonder membuka kesempatan bagi individu yang berdedikasi untuk bergabung sebagai Guru Kelas Montessori. Kami mencari sosok yang , memiliki kepribadian hangat, dan berkomitmen mendampingi tumbuh kembang anak usia dini dengan pendekatan yang mengedepankan kemandirian, keteraturan, dan nilai-nilai Islami.

Kualifikasi

Muslimah
Minimal D3/S1, diutamakan bidang PAUD, PGSD, Psikologi Perkembangan, atau pendidikan lain yang relevan
Dapat membaca Al-qur'an dengan baik
Memiliki kesabaran, kemampuan regulasi emosi, dan kemauan belajar berkelanjutan
Sehat jasmani dan rohani, serta siap bekerja penuh waktu
Memiliki atau sedang menempuh sertifikasi Montessori (AMI/AMS/lembaga lain) menjadi nilai tambah besar; bila belum ada, bersedia mengikuti pelatihan internal
Pengalaman mengajar anak usia dini/SD minimal 1–2 tahun menjadi nilai tambah, diutamakan yang berlatar Montessori atau metode serupa
