Job description for Guru Matematika at GrowEd Learning Center

Position: Mathematics Teacher

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Mathematics Teacher to join our growing team. The ideal candidate enjoys working with children, can explain mathematical concepts clearly, and is committed to help students achieve their full potential.

Responsibilities

-Teach Mathematics to primary and/or secondary school students.

-Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons.

Assess students' progress and provide constructive feedback.

-Prepare teaching materials, worksheets, and learning resources.

-Support students with different learning needs and abilities.

-Maintain a positive, encouraging, and productive classroom environment.

-Communicate regularly with parents regarding students' progress.

-Participate in curriculum development and academic planning when required.

Requirements:

-Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field.

-Previous teaching or tutoring experience is preferred.

-Strong knowledge of Mathematics concepts and curriculum standards.

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

-Passion for teaching and working with children.

-Patient, responsible, and enthusiastic.

-Ability to motivate and inspire students to learn.

Preferred Qualifications:

-Experience teaching Singapore Math, Cambridge, IB, or international curricula.

-Ability to teach students of different age groups and learning levels.

-Familiarity with educational technology and online teaching tools.
