- Possesses excellent communication skills, discipline, and high integrity.
- Willing to live in the school dormitory and comply with boarding school regulations.
- Capable of guiding students in both academic and non-academic activities.
- Preferably holds supporting certifications (TOEFL, IELTS, or equivalent).
