Guide ATV

Alasan Adventure is looking for a passionate and experienced ATV Guide to join our team! As an ATV Guide, you will be responsible for leading and ensuring the safety of our guests during ATV tours through various terrains. You will also provide guidance, and instruction, and deliver exceptional customer service to all our guests.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and supervise ATV tours while ensuring the safety of all participants.
• Provide clear instructions on ATV handling and safety guidelines before each tour.
• Conduct routine checks and maintenance of the ATV units before and after use.
• Assist guests who need help during the ride or face challenges on the trail.
• Educate guests about the local environment, wildlife, and landmarks encountered during the tour.
• Uphold high standards of customer service and professionalism at all times.

Requirements :

• Experience as an ATV Guide or similar outdoor guiding role is preferred.
• Good understanding of ATV operation, maintenance, and safety protocols.
• Strong communication skills in English (other languages are a plus).
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and entertain guests.
• Physically fit and able to handle outdoor activities in various weather conditions.
• Ability to remain calm and react quickly in emergencies.
• Passionate about adventure, nature, and outdoor activities.
