Insan Cendekia Madani Boarding School Development is an Islamic school that has made various strategic steps to nurture talented graduates from noble characters in the teachings of Islam. Now we are looking for a Guidance and Counseling Teacher, with the following qualifications.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidates must possess at least a bachelor degree in Guidance and Counseling.
- Minimum of two years of experience as a Guidance & Counseling Teacher in an English environment.
- Holding a teaching certificate would be preferable.
- Have a good understanding of parenting methods and child development.
- Have good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Computer literate (Ms. Office and digital learning media).
- Possess strong Islamic characters.
- Fluent in English both oral and written.
- Ready to join in July 2026.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Provide guidance and motivation to students both individually and classical.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate guidance and counseling programs to support students' academic, social, and emotional well-being.
- Communicate each student’s development and needs with their parents.
- Prepare any events that are related to a student's development.
- Communicate to other professionals or expertise in order to hand over the case or for further study collaboration as needed.
- Support other teams and units as needed.
- Others: The school may assign other functions to the job when required.
