Key Responsibility:
- Handle check-in & check-out process
- Manage guest inquiries & reservations
- Deliver friendly & professional guest service
- Handle guest complaints and ensure proper resolution
Requirement:
- Min. 1 vear experience in Front Office
- Good communication & fluent in English
- Well-groomed, friendly, and service-orlented •
- Able to work in shifts
- Famliar with hotel system (PMS) is a plus
