GUEST SERVICE AGENT (GSA)
📍 Location: Jl. Tirta Tawar, Ubud, Bali
REQUIREMENTS
- Male or female.
- Minimum one year of experience as a Guest Service Agent, Front Office staff, or in a similar position.
- Good command of English, both spoken and written.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, professional, and service-oriented personality.
- Well-groomed and able to work as part of a team.
- Familiar with reservation systems and basic computer operations.
- Able to handle guest check-in and check-out procedures.
- Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Knowledge of the Ubud area is an advantage.
- Able to join immediately.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Welcome guests and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally.
- Manage reservations and maintain accurate guest records.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Provide information about villa facilities and nearby attractions.
- Maintain high service standards at all times.
