- Minimum 1 year of experience as Guest Relation Officer or similar guest-facing role
- Hospitality experience is preferred

- Able to handle inquiries, reservations, complaints, and special requests professionally
- Familiar with reservation systems and basic administration
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
