Candidate Requirements
- Preferably Women, 28–35 years old.
- Minimum Diploma degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Guest Relations Officer, Host/Hostess, Frontliner, or in a customer-facing role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, verbally and in writing.
- Presentable, well-groomed, and maintains a professional appearance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, approachable, confident, and naturally welcoming.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle customer complaints professionally.
- Able to remain calm, composed, and professional under pressure, especially during peak hours.
- Resilient, adaptable, proactive, and able to handle challenging situations without compromising service quality.
- Detail-oriented, disciplined, and responsible.
- A strong team player with good coordination and collaboration skills.
- Willing and flexible to work on a shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
