Guest Relation Officer
Dep: Front Office
Responsibilities:
- Be able to provide all Front Desk Agent operations
- Provide information about property amenities and local attractions
- Assisting guests who request additional services
- Up sale property services (including transfer, catering? F&B? events etc)
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Answer all client questions and incoming calls
- Resolve guest complaints and issues on spot
- Processing customer payments
- Maintain records and files
- Keeping the work place neat, orderly, and sanitized at all times
- Eliminate the possibility of property reputation detriment

Saat ini sedang mengembangkan beberapa complex Villa yang tersebar di beberapa daerah di Bali dengan 50 villa di akhir tahun 2024 hingga mencapai 100 villa di akhir tahun 2025.
