Guest Relation Officer

Dep: Front Office

Responsibilities:

  • Be able to provide all Front Desk Agent operations
  • Provide information about property amenities and local attractions
  • Assisting guests who request additional services
  • Up sale property services (including transfer, catering? F&B? events etc)
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records
  • Answer all client questions and incoming calls
  • Resolve guest complaints and issues on spot
  • Processing customer payments
  • Maintain records and files
  • Keeping the work place neat, orderly, and sanitized at all times
  • Eliminate the possibility of property reputation detriment
