Guest Relations Officer (GRO)
Qualifications:
Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Hotel Management, Public Relations, or related field.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Guest Relations, Front Office, Customer Service, or Hospitality Industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional, and guest-oriented attitude.
Fluent in English, both spoken and written. Additional foreign language skills will be an advantage.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle guest complaints professionally and effectively.
Confident, well-groomed, and presentable appearance.
Ability to build positive relationships with guests from diverse cultural backgrounds.
Highly organized, attentive to detail, and able to work under pressure.
Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
Team player with a positive attitude and passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
