Duties and Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Handle reservations, guest lists, and VIP guest requests.
- Provide information about venue services, events, and facilities.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth guest service.
- Build positive relationships with guests and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Prepare reports on guest visits, reservations, and feedback.
- Maintain professional appearance, work ethics, and compliance with company SOPs.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, confident, and professional appearance.
- Good English communication skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Previous hospitality experience is an advantage.
- Willing to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Working Schedule:
- Working hours: Night shifts.
- Work schedule: 5 working days and 2 days off per week.
- Days off are scheduled according to the company's operational requirements.
