JOB DESCRIPTION
- Answer all Client requests and questions in a friendly and caring manner, whether by telephone or in person, provide/receive information and take appropriate actions or refer the matters to the relevant persons to handle.
- Welcome and acknowledge all Clients according to company standards
- Keep them informed of product and service knowledge, as well as the ZAP Clinic, daily.

- Maintains positive client and colleague interactions and good working relationships.
- Aware of current promotions, policies, and other important information.
- Do marketing activities directly to the customer
- Dress neatly, maintain appropriate standards of Discipline, hygiene, appearance, posture, and attitude
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others.
- Handling complaints from Clients.
