Job description for Guest Relations Officer at Listings Bali

Job Responsibilities

Welcome and assist guests upon arrival and throughout their stay.
Act as the main point of contact for guest inquiries, requests, and concerns.
Coordinate guest check-in and check-out processes with the relevant teams.
Provide guests with information regarding villa facilities, services, and local attractions.
Handle and resolve guest complaints professionally and efficiently.
Coordinate with Villa Managers, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and other departments regarding guest needs.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
