Position Overview
As a Guest Relations Officer / Host, you will be the first and last impression of BITTO. Your role is to warmly welcome guests, manage reservations and seating arrangements, and ensure every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable dining experience from arrival to departure.
You are expected to be friendly, confident, well-organized, and passionate about hospitality while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
* Welcome every guest with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality.
* Manage reservations, walk-in guests, and waiting lists efficiently.
* Coordinate table allocation to maximize guest satisfaction and restaurant flow.
* Escort guests to their tables and introduce the restaurant experience.
* Maintain clear communication with the service and kitchen teams regarding guest arrivals, special requests, and seating priorities.
* Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally, ensuring timely resolution.
* Build positive relationships with returning guests and recognize VIP or repeat visitors whenever possible.
* Answer phone calls, reservation inquiries, and online booking requests promptly and professionally.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area at all times.
* Possess strong knowledge of BITTO’s menu, restaurant concept, promotions, and operating hours.
* Assist in creating memorable guest experiences by anticipating guests’ needs and exceeding expectations.
* Support daily opening and closing procedures for the host station.
* Collaborate with all departments to ensure smooth restaurant operations during service.

* Ability to remain calm and composed during busy service periods.
* Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
* Previous experience in hospitality, restaurants, or hotels is preferred but not essential for candidates with the right attitude.
