Job Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- Have experiences in the same position in 4 star hotel
- Good Conversation English
- Customer oriented and professional attitude
- Willing to work on public holiday with shifty working hours
Job Description :
- Answer all Client requests and questions in a friendly and caring manner, whether by telephone or in person, provide/receive information and takes appropriate actions or refer the matters to the relevant persons to handle.
- Welcome and acknowledge all Clients according to company standards
- Keep them informed of product and service knowledge as well as the ZAP Clinic daily.

- Maintains positive Client and colleague interactions with good working relationships.
- Aware of current promotions, policies and other important information.
- Do marketing activities Directly to customer
- Dress neatly, maintain appropriate standards to Discipline, hygiene, appearance, posture and attitude
