REQUIREMENTS:
- Female candidate.
- Vocational school or Diploma certification in hospitality or proven equivalent experience in professional F&B Service.
- Previous experience in guest relations, waitress, or hospitality is highly desirable.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar role in restaurants.
- Strong understanding of F&B Service and customer handling.
- Ability to assist in maintain customer, reservation, and repeater customer.
- Capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple orders.
- Passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable customer experiences.
- Customer-oriented with high attention to detail.
