Job Description

- Menyambut dan melayani pelanggan dengan ramah dan profesional

- Memberikan informasi mengenai produk dan layanan perusahaan

- Membantu menjawab pertanyaan serta menangani kebutuhan pelanggan

- Menjaga hubungan baik dengan pelanggan untuk meningkatkan kepuasan

- Membantu menangani keluhan pelanggan dengan baik

- Memastikan kenyamanan pelanggan selama berada di area layanan

- Berkoordinasi dengan tim terkait untuk memastikan pelayanan berjalan optimal
