Requirements

Male / Female
English is a must (written & spoken)
Friendly, confident, and well-presented
Strong communication and guest service skills
Familiar with Canva & Meta (Instagram / Facebook tools)
Basic knowledge of social media & content creation
Photoshop skills are a plus
Based in Lembongan or willing to relocate

Responsibilities

Handle guest inquiries and reservations
Communicate with guests before and during their stay
Assist with social media content and promotions
Coordinate guest experiences and island activities
