Job description for Guest Relation Officer at PT Dewata Harapan Lestari

Guest Relation Officer (GRO)

Qualification & Experience:

Having work experience in the same field (Fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome to apply).
Excellent Communication skills (verbal and written).
Able to communicate in English.
Ability to work well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Task & Responsibility

Welcome and assist guests warmly and professionally.
Provide information about the restaurant, menu, promotions, and services.
Assist guests in making informed dining decisions.
Handle restaurant reservations, including receiving booking requests, confirming reservations.
Coordinate with the marketing, service and kitchen teams to ensure a smooth guest experience.
Address guest inquiries, feedback, and concerns professionally.
Collaborate with other team members to maintain excellent service standards.
