Job description for Guest Relation Officer at Pantja Bar & Restaurant
Job Description:
- Manage daily guest reservations
- Respond promptly and professionally to all incoming inquiries, including reservations and takeaway requests
- Welcome guests upon arrival in a warm, professional, and attentive manner
- Provide accurate information about Pantja’s concept, menu, and ongoing specials
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure guest expectations and special requests are properly communicated and executed
- Address guest concerns and feedback politely, escalating issues to the Guest Relations Manager when necessary
- Maintain up-to-date guest records and assist in compiling data for the guest database
- Uphold Pantja’s service standards and represent the brand’s values of hospitality, professionalism, and genuine care
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Guest Relations Officer or similar customer service role in hospitality (fine-dining or premium service preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Computer literate and familiar with reservation systems
- Customer-oriented, professional, and proactive in anticipating guest needs
- Positive attitude, polished appearance, and ability to work in a dynamic team environment
- Diploma or Vocational High School in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
