Job Description
We are looking for a friendly and proactive Guest Relations Officer (GRO)/Reservation Staff to join our villa team. This role focuses on delivering excellent guest experience while supporting light operational and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist guests during check-in and throughout their stay
Provide information about villa facilities and services
Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints professionally
Coordinate with housekeeping and team to ensure smooth daily operations
Assist in basic inventory monitoring through daily visual checks
(ensuring items are in good condition, not damaged or missing)
Coordinate with housekeeping team for simple inventory reporting
Assist in handling guest payments (POA – Pay on Arrival)
Coordinate with finance team for payment confirmation and basic reporting
(no complex accounting required)
Handling social media activities
(posting content, take photo and video, editing)
Requirements
Minimum High School / Diploma (Hospitality/Tourism is a plus)
Good communication skills and pleasant personality
Fluent in English (spoken and written) is a must
Additional language skills (e.g., Russian, Arabic, German, Spanish) are highly preferred
Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented
Able to multitask and work in a dynamic environment
Willing to work in weekends and public holidays
Web proficiency is a plus.
