Job description for Guest Relation Officer - Daily Worker at PT Segitiga Plaza Hotel (Luwansa Hotels group)
Key Responsibilities :
- Receive and take care of special guests (VIP or VVIP guests hotel)
- Promote the services provided by our outlet
- Build a long term association with the special guests (VIP or VVIP guests hotel)
- Making a guest feel welcomed and work closely with the staff to meet the needs of guest
- Excellent communication skills verbally and in writing
- Excellent customer service skills with good listening abilities
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact with various types of guests in a friendly and professional style
- Understand service standards in the hotel industry
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent problem resolution skills along with outstanding communication and active listening skills
Requirements :
- Female Only Non Hijab and not wearing glasses
- Good looking and Height Min 165 cm
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Maximal age 30 years old
- Have Bachelor or Diploma degree in Tourism, Hospitality or F&B
- Have at least 2 years experience as GRO (preferably in Bar & Restaurant) or Fresh Graduate ( Internship at the same Department in Front Office)
- Teamwork oriented
- A customer oriented and professional attitude
- Be passionate, insightful, and love interacting with people
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Able to join immediately
- Domiciled in Jakarta Pusat and Willing to work at Senen, Jakarta Pusat
