The Role:
We’re seeking a GTM Engineer to spearhead our Go-To-Market (GTM) efforts. In this role, you’ll design, implement, and manage AI-powered tools and automation systems that optimize our outbound and inbound sales processes. You’ll bridge the gap between tech and sales by engineering scalable solutions that enhance operational efficiency and drive pipeline growth.
This isn’t just about tech; it’s about reimagining what’s possible for sales and marketing teams at scale.
Responsibilities:
• Outbound Sales Optimization: Leverage AI and other tools for in-depth account research, qualification at scale, and automating outreach through email, phone, and LinkedIn.
• Data Scraping and Enrichment: Scrape data from niche industry websites to identify potential accounts, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
• Automation Implementation: Create and manage workflows that automate lead qualification, sales triggers, and personalized outreach for both inbound and outbound motions.
• Tech Stack Integration: Continuously evaluate, integrate, and manage a robust suite of AI and SaaS tools to enhance team productivity.
• Support for SDRs and Marketing: Provide operational support for SDRs by delivering timely data insights, automating repetitive tasks, and implementing tools to improve efficiency.
• Sales Trigger Management: Identify and set up actionable sales triggers that improve outreach timing and conversion rates.
• Data Accuracy & Analysis: Maintain data integrity across tools and systems while providing actionable insights to improve GTM strategies.
What We’re Looking For:
• Technical Proficiency: Strong background in using and integrating AI tools, CRMs, and sales automation platforms.
• Problem Solver: A knack for identifying bottlenecks and designing tech-enabled solutions to overcome them.
• Sales Mindset: An understanding of sales and marketing processes, including lead generation, qualification, and pipeline management.
• Efficiency Focused: Relentless about finding ways to automate, optimize, and reduce manual work.
• Growth Oriented: You’re not just about maintaining systems but scaling them to support exponential growth.
• Collaboration Skills: Ability to work closely with SDRs, marketers, and sales leadership to align tools and processes with business goals.
Bonus Skills:
• Experience with web scraping tools or scripting (e.g., Python, APIs).
• Knowledge of SQL or other database querying languages.
• Familiarity with RevOps strategies and frameworks.
