Job description for Growth Marketing Specialist at Galastro Group Indonesia
Key Responsibilities
* Support content creation activities, including photo and video shooting for social media, marketing campaigns, and promotional materials.
* Participate as a talent and co-host during TikTok Live sessions, live selling activities, and other social commerce initiatives.
* Manage customer profiling and segmentation within the CRM system to improve customer engagement, retention, and campaign effectiveness.
* Ensure all marketing content is published according to the content calendar and posting schedule.
* Assist in developing and managing affiliate marketing programs, including affiliate recruitment, onboarding, relationship management, and performance monitoring.
* Coordinate with Operations, Sales, and Creative teams to execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
* Monitor and report key performance metrics related to content, CRM initiatives, and affiliate marketing programs.
* Stay updated with social media trends, consumer behavior, and digital marketing best practices.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
* 1–3 years of experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Social Media, CRM, or Affiliate Marketing.
* Active user of TikTok, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
* Confident appearing on camera and comfortable participating in live streaming and video content.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Understanding of CRM fundamentals, customer segmentation, and customer lifecycle management.
* Basic photography and videography skills using smartphones or cameras.
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* Passion for the food, catering, hospitality, or lifestyle industry.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Qontak, Salesforce, or similar tools.
* Experience managing affiliate, influencer, or KOL marketing programs.
