Job Description
- Plan and execute marketing activities across both online and offline channels.
- Handle digital marketing initiatives including social media, content planning, campaign coordination, and online branding.
- Support offline marketing activities such as events, partnerships, activations, and promotional materials.
- Monitor marketing performance and prepare regular reports and evaluations.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Assist in developing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and business growth.
- Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing role.
- Stronger exposure in online/digital marketing (approximately 60%) while capable of handling offline marketing activities (40%).
- Familiar with social media management, digital campaigns, and content coordination.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Creative, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environment.
- Experience using marketing tools/platforms is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience handling both B2C and B2B marketing activities.
- Basic understanding of paid ads, SEO, or analytics is an advantage.
- Experience coordinating events or offline activations is preferred.
