Job description for Growth Marketing Manager at PT Tujuh Berlian Mediatama

REQUIREMENT
Bachelor's degree (or higher) in any related field.
Min. 5 years experience in digital marketing as a team and preferably as a lead. Experience in B2C products is preferred.
Good leadership and able to work with different groups of people.
Sharp business acumen specifically in the user journey, acquisition, traffic management, and performance marketing.
Strong experience in all digital acquisition activities using ad platforms including social media, affiliate marketing, SEM, programmatic, advertising campaign, etc.
Have a strong understanding with SEO & ASO.
Experience in setting up platform integration (for mobile app and website) with third parties, (example: Google Analytic, Moengage, Branch.io) for campaign set-up and tracking purposes.
Creative thinker, not afraid to experiment and try out out-of-the-box ideas.
Excellent growth management skills, including directing actions, managing budgets, and reporting results.
Strong ability to use and analyze data to inform decisions and build strategies
Able to work independently without constant supervision.
Able to generate visual-friendly reports using tools such as Google Data Studio would be a plus.
Updated with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.

Ensure the company has a competitive advantage over competitors
Develop business strategy around customer acquisition, product offering, product marketing, and tactics to increase our sales
Collaborate with the product and IT team to build the right user experience and tools to continue driving exponential growth
Manage key stakeholders, prepare insights for stakeholders and present them in regular meetings
