GROWTH MARKETING MANAGER

About Us

Unreal Digital Apps is a fast growing tech startup in Kuta Lombok with ASAP (Uber Clone), Shred (surf instructor booking app), and Proyek (upworks for local contractors). We are looking for a scrappy, analytical, and creative Growth Marketing Manager to join our team. If you are passionate about user acquisition, experimentation, and leveraging data to scale, this is the perfect opportunity to learn the ropes of growth hacking.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will have real ownership from day one, supporting the marketing team with end-to-end campaign execution.

Growth Experiments & A/B Testing: Assist in developing and running growth experiments (e.g., A/B tests on landing pages, email creatives, ad copies) to optimize conversion rates (CRO).

User Acquisition & Paid Media: Support the setup and management of paid ad campaigns on platforms like Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, or LinkedIn to drive targeted user acquisition.

Data Analysis & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key marketing metrics (CAC, CPL, LTV, conversion rates) using tools like Google Analytics and Hubspot/Excel to draw actionable insights.

Market & Competitor Research: Conduct in-depth analysis of competitors, industry trends, and user behavior to identify new growth opportunities and channels.

Content & Creative Strategy: Brainstorm and create engaging content (copywriting, social media, ad creatives) that grabs attention and converts, aligning with brand goals.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Product and Marketing teams to launch new features, run promotional activations, and optimize the customer journey.

Who You Are

Education: Completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Data-Driven Mindset: You love numbers and are comfortable diving into data to find the "why" behind user behavior.

Proactive & Resourceful: You have an "entrepreneurial mindset"—you don't wait for instructions and thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

Technical Savvy: Experience or strong interest in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, CRM systems, Canva, AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude).

Excellent Communication: Strong written and verbal English skills.

"Done is better than perfect" attitude: You are eager to iterate quickly, test new ideas, and learn from mistakes.
