Job description for Growth Marketing Manager at Pt Cipta Piranti Sejahtera
- Decisions Maker based on data to Generate & Creating reports on key metrics to determine the company’s progress in meeting its goals
- Define growth goals, creating strategies and identifying customer needs, providing excellent service and to generate/forecasting MQL
- Find and address issues in the marketing funnel to prevent and reduce customer churn, Build, own and be accountable for the entire marketing funnel
- ROI driven marketing strategies that drive the direction of landing pages, websites, copy, layouts and funnels that are designed to convertion
- Analyze and report data to measure the effectiveness of the campaign and drive strong return on the investment and efficient customer acquisition cost and analysis reports that identify areas of opportunity.
- Provide reporting to the senior management team against agreed performance measures, and provide insights on future strategies
- Minimum Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
- 4+ years’ experience in Growth Marketing or related field with solid track record
- Expert in building out web analytics tools.
- Experienced in managing crm tools
- Good Understanding of SEO and SEM, A/B testing and Wordpress
- Able to generate qualitative and quantitative insights from various data sources
- Possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
- Highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Adept at building relationships and liaising with multiple stakeholders and thrive in matrix environments.
- Will be great if you have UI/UX Basic Knowledge
