Responsibilities :
- Managing a brand portfolio: maintaining client relationships, monitoring budget, efficiency, and ads performance.
- Discussing suggestions with Ads Specialists based on results.
- Training and coaching Account Managers, especially new hires and new brands in their first 3 months.
- Tracking Account Managers’ KPIs against brand targets and leading monthly development reviews.
- Exploring insights beyond ads and sharing them with the team.
Job requirement:
- 2+ years experience as an Account Manager/Growth in a digital or performance marketing agency.
- Solid technical understanding of Meta, TikTok, and Shopee ads, able to read performance, diagnose issues, and set direction independently.
- Proven track record of managing multiple brands and maintaining client retention.
- Highly detail-oriented, data-driven, and a sharp problem solver.
- Clear communicator, comfortable giving feedback to both internal teams and clients.
- Enjoys sharing knowledge and helping others grow.
- Comfortable working with Google Spreadsheets and Google Slides for tracking, reports, and presentations.
- Able to work independently and thrives in a remote working setup.
