About Us
Forma is a no-code SaaS platform to build customized workflows for any business process. We make software to help businesses run faster, smoother and better. We started our journey in Aug 2020, and we are part of the Antler SG5 cohort.
About The Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated [Growth and Partnerships Intern], based in Singapore, to be a key part of a dynamic team in a fast-moving and entrepreneurial environment. The successful candidate will be working closely with the co-founders. The role is ideal for someone looking for a future career in growth and marketing and has a keen interest in product-led and community-led growth.
What You'll Do:
Own and develop acquisition channels for onboarding new businesses
Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution, including digital marketing, content & SEO, social media, etc.
Identify how to engage existing customers and retain or rescue churned customers, and execute on those plans
Analyse overall campaign performance and iterate quickly to maximise growth
Identify opportunities, develop and implement initiatives to strengthen partnerships and grow revenue
Become an expert in Forma platform for businesses of all sizes and adapt recommendations quickly to suit varying client needs
Drive product and partner adoption and provide ongoing education about Forma
What We're Looking For:
A self-motivated and pro-active individual with a 'can-do' and entrepreneurial attitude
Good with MS Office Tools, Notion and a whizz on the internet
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
Attention to detail and good communication / organizational skills
Fluent in English (written and verbal)
Available immediately
Minimum duration: Ideally 6 months+
