Job Summary

Dibutuhkan Growth & Partnership Executive – B2B Konveksi untuk perusahaan konveksi spesialis PDH dan seragam instansi di Makassar. Kandidat bertanggung jawab melakukan prospecting, lead generation, sales pipeline management, CRM update, negotiation, dan closing sales B2B.

Posisi ini bersifat target-based sales dengan fokus pada akuisisi klien baru dan pengembangan pasar B2B (instansi, perusahaan, sekolah, kampus, organisasi).

Key Responsibilities

Melakukan lead generation B2B secara mandiri (cold prospecting & warm prospecting)

Membangun dan mengelola database prospek B2B

Melakukan sales outreach melalui WhatsApp, telepon, email, dan kunjungan langsung

Melakukan sales presentation produk konveksi (PDH, seragam, custom apparel)

Menyusun dan mengirimkan quotation / penawaran harga

Melakukan negotiation & closing deal

Mengelola sales pipeline menggunakan CRM

Melakukan follow up leads secara berkala

Berkoordinasi dengan tim produksi, desain, dan operasional

Membuat laporan aktivitas dan performa sales (daily/weekly report)

Menjaga hubungan klien untuk repeat order & referral

Requirements (Mandatory)

Domisili Makassar atau sekitarnya

Pendidikan minimal Diploma 3

Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun Sales B2B (wajib)

Memiliki kendaraan pribadi dan laptop

Menguasai proses sales cycle: prospecting – qualification – closing

Terbiasa bekerja dengan target sales (KPI/OKR)

Memiliki kemampuan communication, negotiation, persuasion

Mampu menggunakan CRM (Customer Relationship Management)

Memiliki kemampuan lead generation & cold calling

Growth mindset dan siap mengikuti coaching sales system

Memiliki pengalaman menangani klien B2B (corporate, instansi, organisasi)

Nice to Have (Preferred)

Pengalaman di industri konveksi / garment / apparel

Memiliki database atau network instansi/sekolah/perusahaan

Terbiasa bekerja dengan sistem sales pipeline

Perusahaan menyediakan training, coaching, dan sales system framework

Role ini membutuhkan high initiative & self-driven sales execution
