Job description for Growth and Data Strategy Manager at Sermorpheus
- Define growth objective by analyzing user data, the growth manager will help the company determine where to focus on growth.
- Analyze client data and understand industry benchmarks, business trends and opportunities to recommend the most effective growth strategies.
- Implement and evaluate initiatives towards acquiring customers across various target segments.
- Implement strategies, in collaboration with the Business and product Team , that presents key selling points, features, and benefits while focusing on the customer's needs and expectations.
- Drive, report and monitor performance against set targets this includes using metrics such as customer growth, repurchase rates, app installs and etc.
- Develop a metrics tracking plan, ideate around future growth opportunities, and pitch key features and do A/B testing.
- Introduce frameworks, processes and practices to provide accurate, reliable and actionable data insights.
- Build role as a cross-functional data champion to help create and maintain a datacentric culture.
- Raise standards in the management of data, defining and monitoring these standards.
- Continually promote the business' brand/services to ensure that the business is top-of-mind for customers.
