JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Welcome guests and provide assistance throughout their stay.
- Handle guest complaints, inquiries, and special requests professionally and efficiently.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met.
- Assist with check-in, check-out, and ongoing guest communication.
- Prepare daily reports and maintain accurate guest records.
