GUEST RELATIONS OFFICER
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome, assist, and handle guests throughout their travel experience, including airport arrivals, hotel transfers, tours, excursions, and other assigned activities.
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests, provide accurate information, and ensure a professional and positive guest experience.
- Coordinate with Operations, Reservation, Product, Transport, hotels, drivers, guides, and other service providers to ensure smooth guest arrangements.
- Handle basic guest concerns and complaints, follow up on guest requirements, and report operational issues or feedback to the Supervisor.
Qualifications
- Minimum D3/S1 in Tourism, Hospitality, Travel Management, or related field, with 1–2 years of relevant experience. Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.
- Good command of English, both verbal and written, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service, coordination, problem-solving, and time-management skills, with a friendly, proactive, and professional attitude.
- Good knowledge of Bali destinations, tourism activities, hotels, and transportation, with willingness to work flexible hours, weekends, and public holidays when required.
