PT. Pancious Tirta Jaya, an expanding and leading casual dining restaurant in Jakarta, is looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Greeter. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming guests, creating a positive first impression, assisting with guest seating arrangements, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the guest experience.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet guests warmly upon arrival
- Create a friendly and professional first impression for all customers
- Manage guest waiting lists and seating arrangements efficiently
- Provide accurate information regarding restaurant services, menus, promotions, and facilities
- Assist guests with inquiries and special requests
- Coordinate with service and operational teams to ensure smooth guest flow
- Monitor the entrance and waiting area to maintain cleanliness and organization
- Handle customer concerns or complaints courteously and escalate when necessary
- Thank guests upon departure and encourage return visits
- Maintain high standards of hospitality and customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Min. 1 year of experience as a Greeter, Host, Customer Service Staff, Frontliner, Receptionist, Restaurant Crew, or similar position
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented personality
- Well-groomed appearance and professional attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Responsible, punctual, and reliable
- Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and shift schedules
