Kualifikasi :

Memiliki background pendidikan Hospitality.
Usia minimal 20 tahun.
Memiliki pengalaman di bidang front office/receptionist hotel/bar/restaurant/lounge.
Memiliki skill komunikasi yang baik.
Fasih berbahasa Inggris menjadi nilai tambah.
Bersedia ditempatkan di Bar dan bekerja shift malam.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

Menyambut, menyapa, dan melayani tamu yang datang ke bar.
Memastikan alokasi ruangan yang tepat.
Mengelola pemesanan tempat dan mengantarkan tamu ke meja.
Menyimpan catatan tamu yang mengunjungi bar.
Menerima panggilan yang masuk melalui telepon/whatsapp.
Mencatat pemesanan booking via telepon/whatsapp.
Membantu tamu menjawab pertanyaan dan menawarkan solusi untuk masalah yang berkaitan dengan pemesanan tempat.
Bekerjasama dengan staff lain dan manajemen untuk memastikan bahwa keluhan pelanggan ditangani dengan benar dan tepat waktu.
Memastikan tamu melakukan pembayaran sebelum merekakeluar dari restoran.
Melaksanakan tugas lain dari atasan yang berkaitan dengan receptionist.
