Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented Graphic/Web Design Specialist, with excellent work attitude and desire for career growth within our company. The ideal candidate should have a natural eye for design and color, capable of creating imaginative content that resonates with audiences. The role involves translating high-level requirements into beautiful, intuitive, and functional designs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with development teams or managers to translate the Management’s strategic direction and high-level requirements into visual concepts across various media, including online campaigns, brochures, print ads, websites, and videos.
• Support the team by designing necessary materials for branding, social media, and marketing collaterals.
• Create engaging user experiences that are visually appealing, easy to navigate, and consistent with the company brand.
• Conceptualize original website design ideas, including creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and site maps to communicate interaction and design concepts.
• Utilize data and analytics to inform design decisions, ensuring effective communication of the company’s services and values.
• Manage and maintain WordPress websites, adding new pages, improving functionality, and ensuring they are up-to-date.
• Write and edit content, select and prepare imagery for the websites.
• Solve WordPress code issues, create backup files.
• Manage multiple projects with competing priorities and tight deadlines, ensuring consistent branding across all platforms.
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards across all projects.
• Respond promptly to design challenges and evolving business needs.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional design experience.
• Experience with social media, and email marketing is a plus.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating command of color theory, image composition, and typography.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), WordPress, Canva, and relevant software.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and familiarity with UI/UX principles.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum development processes and excellent visual design skills.
• Familiarity with multimedia design, programming, video, audio, and digital photo editing.

• Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
