Booze Bar & Kopi Pangpoll is a nightlife venue and coffee shop under one roof in Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta. We're growing fast and need a creative partner who can turn our brand energy — bold, fun, community-driven — into visuals that actually stop the scroll.
Job Description
We're looking for a Graphic Designer who is equally comfortable in 2D design and motion. This role covers daily content production for two brands (Booze Bar & Kopi Pangpoll) which mostly will be for Booze Bar — expect a fast-paced, high-volume workflow rather than occasional one-off projects.
You'll be creating:
- Daily/weekly event flyers (daily event flyer, nobar matches, weekly party themes, promo campaigns)
- Static & animated Instagram feed/story content (Reels covers, countdown stories, motion posters)
- Short motion graphics/animated flyers for IG Reels & Stories
- Menu design (print & digital)
- Or any related design for the venue as needed
Responsibilities
- Take briefs from the Marketing Manager and execute designs on tight, recurring deadlines (this is a daily output role, not just campaign-based)
- Produce both static designs and short motion/animated content from the same brief
- Maintain consistent brand identity across Booze Bar and Kopi Pangpoll materials
- Use AI tools to speed up ideation and production (see qualifications below)
- Revise designs based on feedback within agreed turnaround time
- Submit source files (AI/PSD/Figma/AE/Premiere/CapCut project files) + export-ready files (JPG/PNG/PDF/MP4)
Qualifications
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (required)
- Working knowledge of motion tools — After Effects, Premiere Pro, or CapCut Pro (able to animate flyers, add simple transitions/kinetic text, export Reels-ready video)
- AI-savvy — this is a must, not a nice-to-have. You should be actively using AI tools in your workflow, e.g.: AI image generation (Ideogram, Grok, or similar) for concepting and asset creation (producing better talent asset photos)
- Portfolio required — nightlife, F&B, or lifestyle brand experience strongly preferred; motion samples/reel required alongside static work
- Able to handle multiple daily briefs under tight deadlines without dropping quality
- Communicative and proactive — responsiveness matters
- Based in Jakarta or nearby preferred (for occasional in-person coordination)
