1. 1+ year of hands-on creative experience — you’ve shipped real work and can show the impact.
2. Bonus points for jewelry know-how — experience in the jewelry industry (or similar luxury/fashion fields) will make you stand out.
3. A playful design sense & sharp aesthetic instinct — you know when to break the grid and when to keep it classy.
4. Comfort working on tight timelines — fast turnarounds energize you, not scare you.
5. Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite — Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (extra tools welcome).
6. Genuine passion for jewelry and fashion trends — you follow sparkle news for fun.
7. Team-first attitude — you translate briefs into visuals everyone can rally behind.
8. On-site availability, Monday–Friday — we create and collaborate best when we’re together.
Nice-to-haves
