Job description for Graphic Designer at Body Factory Bali
Body Factory Bali is a leading lifestyle, fitness, and wellness destination in Canggu, Bali, offering a 360° approach to health and performance through world-class training facilities, recovery experiences, classes, meal plans, and a strong community.
We are currently looking for a Graphic Designer to join our creative team and help bring the Body Factory Bali brand to life across digital, social media, and print. You’ll work closely with the creative and marketing team to develop thoughtful, engaging, and visually strong content that reflects our lifestyle-driven brand.
What you’ll do:
- Create visual assets for digital platforms, social media, campaigns, and print.
- Translate creative concepts and briefs into strong visual executions.
- Collaborate with the creative and marketing team on campaigns and content.
- Maintain visual consistency across Body Factory Bali communications.
- Prepare print-ready artwork and understand basic production requirements.
- Contribute creative ideas and stay up to date with design trends and visual culture.
What we’re looking for:
- Bali-based / currently staying in Bali.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio.
- Willing to work on-site with flexible working hours.
- Experience in lifestyle, fitness, wellness, hospitality, F&B, or similar brands is a plus.
- Comfortable using Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Motion graphics / video editing skills are a big plus.
- Good understanding of printing processes and production.
- Strong eye for composition, typography, colour, shapes, and imagery.
- Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and open to collaboration.
- Positive attitude, good communication, and strong sense of ownership.
- Able to start immediately.
