We're a digital marketing agency based in Bali, working with clients across hospitality, F&B, wellness, and retail. Design at Bija Creative isn't decoration — it's strategy made visible. Every visual we put out has a purpose, a brand behind it, and an audience it needs to move.
The Role
We're looking for a Graphic Designer who can translate brand direction and content strategy into visuals that actually work — on Instagram, in ads, and across brand touchpoints. You'll work closely with Social Media Specialists and the Ads team to produce content that looks good and performs well.

What You'll Do
• Design social media content across formats: feed posts, story templates, reels covers, and carousels
• Create ad creatives for Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Display — optimized for performance, not just aesthetics
• Develop and maintain visual brand guidelines for multiple clients
• Support branding projects: logo refinements, brand identity systems, and visual direction
• Work from creative briefs provided by the SM team — and push back constructively when the brief needs improving
• Manage multiple client visual identities simultaneously without losing consistency
• Adapt designs across different formats, ratios, and platform specs quickly and accurately
What We're Looking For
• 2–4 years of graphic design experience, ideally in a creative or digital agency
• Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Solid understanding of social media formats and platform design specs
• Knows what makes an ad creative work — not just visually, but in terms of message and CTA
• Can maintain multiple brand identities without cross-contaminating visual styles
• Takes feedback well and iterates fast
• Organized — you can manage multiple briefs and deadlines without dropping anything
Nice to Have
• Experience designing for hospitality, F&B, or lifestyle brands
• A portfolio that shows range — from social content to brand identity work
