As we continue to expand, we are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who can bring fresh ideas, maintain brand consistency, and produce high-quality visual content for marketing and business needs.
About the Role
We are looking for a passionate Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging visual designs for both digital and print media while ensuring consistency with Farmanina's brand identity.
You will collaborate closely with the Marketing team to develop creative materials that support promotional campaigns, branding initiatives, and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design visual materials for digital and print media, including social media content, digital advertisements, brochures, banners, posters, flyers, and other marketing collateral.
- Develop creative concepts that align with Farmanina's brand identity and campaign objectives.
- Ensure all designs maintain visual consistency, brand guidelines, and high aesthetic standards.
- Prepare artwork for print production, including understanding CMYK, bleed, print specifications, and file preparation.
- Create branding materials, including logo development and visual identity assets when required.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to translate campaign ideas into compelling visual content.
- Revise and improve designs based on feedback while meeting project deadlines.
- Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve creative output.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Visual Communication Design (DKV), Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Graphic Designer.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or other relevant design software.
- Strong understanding of design principles, including layout, typography, colour theory, visual hierarchy, and branding.
- Experienced in designing for: Social Media, Digital Advertising, Print Media, Branding & Logo Design.
- Good understanding of print production processes (CMYK, bleed, print size, file preparation, etc.).
- Basic copywriting skills are an advantage.
- Able to communicate effectively and work collaboratively within a team.
- Strong attention to detail with a good sense of aesthetics.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in the beauty, aesthetic, healthcare, or lifestyle industry is an advantage.
- Knowledge of motion graphics or video editing is a plus.
- Experience creating branding and marketing campaign materials.
- Portfolio showcasing digital and print design projects.
